Huawei Mate 10 alleged image shows slim-bezels, no home button

Huawei Mate 10 Bezel-Less

Huawei is probably getting ready to announced and show off its next Mate flagship – the Mate 10 along with the Mate 10 Pro counterpart in just over a month. As well as a number of concept designs and leaked images have already appeared online, Huawei itself didn’t leave the chance to keep the hype.

If recent leaked images are to be believed, the Huawei Mate 10 is not going to have a physical home button as well as other navigation keys. Instead it’ll have on-screen keys. It’s also possible, like Mate 9 and Mate 9 Pro, the images we are looking at are of the Mate 10? and the Pro model may contain a physical home button likewise? Leave it for now.

What else the images show, is the near bezel-less design around the large display. It seems even less bezels than Samsung’s and LG’s recent releases. However the standard 2.5D curved glass is there on the screen as well as the sharp corners unlike the curved ones on Galaxy Note 8, S8 or LG G6.

In another image which is more clear and colorful shows the earpiece on top along with some sensors and the front-facing camera. The place, where you could see the home button on the bottom, only prints the branding “Huawei” like most previous iterations from the Chinese smartphone maker.

Sure, you should take these images or any other from rumors-mill, with pinch of salt until we see it officially on October 16th, when the company has planned the launch event in Munich, Germany.

In addition to Kirin 970 chip and NPU for artificial intelligence, emerged details have suggested that the Mate 10 could feature 6.3-inch display with QHD+ resolution of 2960×1440 resolution at 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone could also be featuring 6GB of RAM and 4000mAh battery along with 20MP+12MP dual camera.
