Store QML Beta Client Update: Fixes for Theme Installation and Update All

Nokia Store QML client QML Based Nokia Store client by Nokia Beta Labs has been updated to version 3.18.032 and brings the fixes for theme installation and update all feature from within the Store client. These two fixes were added to the front-end of the client while there are a few new features which are yet to be deployed at store back-end.
