A new software update has been started rolling out to Nokia Lumia 800. This is the second update Lumia 800 has received since the first update in December 2011. The latest software update brings fixes to the known issue for battery performance and the issue of keyboard suddenly disappearing.
We’ve just been reported via email that eBuddy XMS for Windows Phone and MeeGo has been published to Marketplace and Nokia Store respectively, while another email from eBuddy XMS team has informed that a new beta version of eBuddy XMS for iPhone, iPod and iPad is now available with new features and bug fixes.
Sports Tracker has previously released its version for Windows Phone which now has been updated and available with couple of bug fixes and added support of German language.
This is “Nokia Collection” in Marketplace which will not show up in all Windows Phone devices from other OEMs but only in the ones from Nokia. This is what they were talking about back in February 2011 when both companies Nokia and Microsoft partnered. For now these are available for Nokia Lumia 800 and Nokia Lumia 710. SEMC Blog recently revealed that Sony (formerly Sony Ericsson) is about to unveil two Android powered smartphones in Xperia line-up naming them Xperia S and Xperia Ion at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2012. SEMC Blog added that Xperia S is the LT26i codenamed “Nozomi” but it’s unclear of what model will be the Xperia Ion, it it’s already known as well.
