During an event today in Karachi, Zong has officially launched 4G LTE services in Pakistan. After the launch Zong becomes the first network in Pakistan carrying the latest communication channel with 4G LTE services and fastest broadband for your compatible mobile devices.
Zong has been trying hard to bring excellence in their services for their valued customers. They have shown successful achievements in same regard as well. 3G services in Pakistan are one of the things which have been awaited the most but 4G services also came along when back in April the authority auctioned for the licenses and Zong got their hands on it very first for millions of dollars of course to facilitate their customers with 4G services as well as the world known 3G services.
After four months of announcement, Zong is all set to launch 4G services in Pakistan. According to sources the trial services will be announced and start tomorrow in an event in Islamabad. It is expected that initially the Zong 4G services will be available in select regions of the big cities such as Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad.
Zong, Pakistan recently concluded its “Lakh Pati” offer. The campaign has been one of Zong’s most successful campaigns till date as more than 1.1 million Zong customers took part. Till its conclusion, more than 266 lucky customers received prizes. The offer was a point based game where loyal Zong customers won cash prizes daily and weekly by simply participating via SMS and IVR. The winners were announced on a daily and weekly basis under three categories, “Random Lucky Draw” winners, “Top Scorers” and “Surprise Prize” Winners.
Zong Telecom, a couple of weeks ago, started a promotion to choose a lucky winner who will be awarded a new Mercedes Benz. The campaign has ended after around two months and a lucky winner from Mardan has been chosen for the beautiful Mercedes Benz car.
