Google is testing its new service dubbed “Contributor” to help remove ads on the websites – but that is currently the main source of revenue for the websites or web publishers. Google Contributor will allow visitors of the website to pay a fee from $1 to $3 monthly if they really don’t want to see ads on the website they are exploring. Instead of the advertisement, the visitors will see a “Thank you” note.

Microsoft Office, the pioneer office productivity suite stood for decades, is now completely free for iPhone, iPad and Android devices. The company announced yesterday that the Office users on said devices will be able to view, create and edit documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint for free from now on without the need of an Office 365 subscription.

Oppo R5 features a 5.2 inch AMOLED display of 1080p resolution sporting pixel density of 423 PPI. The R5 packs in the frame made of aluminium alloy. The company proudly announced that the frame of the R5 is hand-polished. The device measures at 148.9 x 74.5mm and the weighs as 155 grams.

Oppo N3 officially announced with 16MP Motorized Camera

At an event today in Singapore, Oppo has announced the Oppo N3 camera smartphone. The new N3 is a successor to the N1 and brings a 16 megapixels motorized camera which also tracks objects as they move. The 16 megapixels imaging sensor is 1/2.3″ in size which is quite good to handle low-light situations however the pixel size is 1.34 µm (microns). The camera uses Schneider Kreuznach-certified lens with f/2.2 aperture opening and Dual-mode LED flash.
