It’s really great whatever it is, a fixed relation or just a coincidence. Today Nokia Pakistan launched Nokia N9 officially in Pakistan – the event held in Karachi. Henri Mattila from Nokia himself launched the Nokia N9 along with introducing the white variant of Nokia N9 at the event. While on the other side, via Nokia Conversations, Nokia officially announced that the White Nokia N9 has started shipping.
While Nokia N9 has been very much welcomed globally (where launched), The official launch of Nokia N9 in Pakistan has been held in Karachi. You can see a few of the pictures inside from the live event sent from the attendees.
Ufone is going to promote the beautiful Nokia N9 in Pakistan. However Nokia N9 has already been available in markets officially. I am not sure what purpose Ufone will serve for Nokia N9 now. Probably a lower price tag and a few promotional gifts?

The most popular healthcare smartphone app “Sports Tracker” has made it to MeeGo to support one and only Nokia N9. That really shows interests of developers to develop for MeeGo platform. A month ago Sports Tracker alerted that it’s heading for MeeGo, N9 and now it’s available for Nokia N9 at Nokia Store.
You might be having an idea that Nokia N9 doesn’t have HDMI-Out support but a good thing is that like other recent Nokia devices N9 supports TV-Out feature to deliver the output of your smartphone to the big screen you have at home. A developer at MeeGo community did a nice job to bring you the first QML based User Interface with underlying appliction to execute the FM Receiver in the Nokia N9’s hardware.
